Nice Yak Leon, what a steal. I paid £70 for mine 10 years ago.

Here is my latest in my quest for everything Empire Strikes Back.

I've alaways wanted this in an ESB box. I paid less for it than when it was shop bought (We'll ignore the postage from the states and ****ing customs charges) How do I know this I hear you ask. Well I have the shop recepit from 1982.

Its was purchased for $39.76 on 26th July 1982 at 11.01AM from a shop called Bradlees :) photo below

Its in great shape and ship is complete inc survial kit items, instructions and Kenner booklet. Didn't know there was a blue version until I found this. Orginally the ESB rebel transport had a yellow background, with the blue being a second release.

Excellent find SoJ! really tough piece to find in excellent nick and as complete as that - and at that price with the original receipt! I'm still searching for a yellow version.

Must have been expensive to ship from the US though and to get stung with customs on top of that too.

SoJ, can you confirm your second release rebel transport has revised instruction sheet? The last two digits of the part number printed on it will either read -00 or -01?

Thanks

more great buys everyone - imagine the collection room of the combined forum 8)

Not really latest acquisitions for me, but just returned from meeting up with Steve from UKG to pick up my first UKG graded items. I've not really considered grading before but heard that Steve was happy to meet up and I needed some new cases anyway. A really good bloke and quality service (including forum discount). I'm not a grade hunter so was pleasantly surprised with the 80s and 85 these got.

Plug over
