Darth vader with telescopic light saber.

Hi. I have found in my collection of vintage figures a Darth Vader with the telescopic light saber. It is not in the package but in vgc. Looking on the net I'm lead to believe that this could be very rare and valuable. Would I be right. Your advice would be very much appreciated.

Hi welcome to the forum. Unfortunately most online sources are misleading - ALL Vader sabres are telescopic. The one that is very rare and valuable is in two pieces, and is what collectors call 'double telescoping.' I would hazard a guess you have the single piece single telescoping sabre figure, which is worth about £15-20 in good condition. If you can post a photo we can confirm, it's very unlikely you have the rare version.
