I was referring to these particular figures as they are carded samples that are known to have made it into retail bins and have turned up in Australia somehow.
I don't know for sure but i wouldn't be surprised if they had copyright markings on them. Being 65 back wave characters I don't believe they would have unproduced COO on them though. I have only seen this on 77 back wave characters.
