Info on a Metal Armoured car toy

Hi guys. Been having a clear out and found this Metal Armoured car toy. Have found similar ones online but can't seem to find any with these stickers on. Am guessing they may not belong to it. If anyone has any ideas would be much appreciated cheers.

Pretty sure its a Dinky Toy, I've got some of these that my Dad gave me when I was a kid. Your one is on this link I think.

Sorry I didn't notice this, its a Saladin by Crescent toys. The markings, ie french flags battalion markings and bridge plate on the fender appear to of been lifted from some of the dinky/matchbox toys of the time. Probably done by someone who was familiar with the real ones.
