Star Wars Axe?

I received this as a present several years ago. Except that it says Star Wars on it, I have no idea what it is. It looks a like battle axe with part of it can rotate so that you can change the design of the weapon. Also, its extremely sharp which is weird if its supposed to be a toy

Anybody Recognize this

It may be a fake for all I know but someone went through a lot of trouble in making this and making it sharp. I am not kidding when I say the thing can cut of a finger easily. It is razor shark and I find it hard to believe that someone put the effort, time and money to make this type of thing

As long as in its holder-stand, It shouldnt hurt anyone. Not any more dangerous than having an axe laying around the house. Its just doesnt make sense in my head have a Star Wars items that is razor sharp.
