Hi folks, thanks for having me. I'm Paul from Germany and I collected vintage MOC in the late 90ies. However, I sold everything about 20 years ago and it looks like prices are much more higher these days and I'm looking for some advice. I always had a few figures on my wishlist and I decided to get back into collectors business to start with a few selected figures.

This is why I bought a Star Wars lot as I wanted to buy a Yak Face. However, the Yak is the only lose figure I want to keep as I'm not really interested into more lose figures. The lot will arrive in roughly two to three weeks and I would like to have a rough idea already of how much I could take for it.

Does it make sense to sell the figures as a lot or should I try to sell them individually? These are the only pictures I have and I know that it's hard to see what kind of accessoires are included or in which condition they are. Do I have to look out for some specific variants or stamps? Some of the capes and coats not even look like they belong to Star Wars but it's tough to see on the pictures. For me it looks like there is a Poncho for Leia but not for Luke and several Trenchcoats for Han but no Han figure? How about the dark brown coats? Do they belong to all the Prune Faces? Anything else you can see in the pictures? Do you see any capes for all the Vaders? I also spotted a Yoda belt and something which looks like a cane for the Emperor but both figures are not part of the lot. I would appreciate any kind of help with this to get a feeling of how much this is worth. Not in the pictures but included in the lot is also a Luke Stormtrooper without helmet.

Thank you!!

Hey
I think you'll kinda know this already - but you'll need t get hold of it all and match things up to get a real sense of value.
Most of the figures look in decent condition and there are a lot of accessories there - but there aren't too many high value figures I can see, obviously any of the last 17 go for a lot more than the main line and if figures like the Leia Hoth and Han Solo Smuggler have their original guns they can go for 50-100 depending on condition (the Leia gun is where the value is :) )

If it were me - I would separate out the higher value figures Han Smuggler, Leia Hoth, Luke Degahba & Endor, Imp Dignatory, Lando General and maybe list those separately as that is where you will make the return on investment - even if they are not complete. The rest I would list as a bulk sale, but go to the effort of cleaning and matching everything up as that will maximise your chances.

All depends on how quickly you want to sell and how much effort you want to put in :)

Enjoy the Yak though.

It looks like from the photos the imperial dignitary is missing a leg? He'll have to borrow the Emporer's cane.
I already noticed that after purchasing the lot :D. However, based on the pictures and the non existing description of the items it was a black box. I guess I need to sit it out to see which accessoires are included. I'm thinking of selling the one Lando General with cape and the Warok seperate. Maybe the rest will give some money as a lot with all the accessoires. I spotted already some Jawa blasters, Yoda belts, battle poncho belts etc
