I'm doing great Emiel, thanks for asking I took up exercise and family life to compensate my addiction to the hobby. I'm now 7 stone lighter and 2 cars richer LOL!

Apparently, I used to be a fat ****.. I thought I was just big boned

This time last year I was 6 foot and weighted in at 19 stone (120kg) :shock: Now I'm 77kg, Running like a mad man and pumping iron like **** :wink:
