So if you could pick your 5 favourite vintage Star Wars figures, what would it be and why?
For me, my picks would be:

1. The Gamorrean guard - I love the detailed sculpt and vibrant colours.
2. Luke Bespin - Not because he's the most exciting figure to look at, but because he was my first Star Wars figure.
3. Boba Fett - Again, because he has a fantastic sculpt and great paint application.
4. Jabba the Hutt (I guess you could technically call him a figure) - He made for such great play scenes and interactions.
5. Tie fighter pilot - I always thought he looked pretty cool and would somehow work him into my Star Wars adventures.

1. Luke Jedi - my first fig and he came with 3 accessories! Although I got the blue sabre one and couldn't quite figure out why!?
2. Hoth Stormtrooper - Great sculpt and they look kick-ass in Empire.
3. Biker Scout - Looks awesome and for the 80's was really accurate.
4. Han Solo Hoth - my first Han and I loved the way his blaster clipped onto his holster.
5. Gammorean Guard - again movie accurate and had loads of playability with that axe!

Close runners were Tie Pilot and AtAt Driver. Also Luke Bespin/X-Wing both of which I never had back then but I badly wanted!

Least favourite fig - Rancor Keeper. Basically a fat guy with a hood that kept falling off. I didn't even have a Rancor!
Least favourite weapon/accessory - Vader's cape. I had a DV Tie and trying to fit him in with that cape was a pain. I think it eventually ruined it. When Tie Pilot eventually turned up he took over the flying.

1. R5D4 - a great little figure, vibrant colours and an awesome cardback
2. Luke farmboy - the most iconic figure from my childhood.
3. AT-AT Driver - all of the Empire figures are cool but this is probably the best of them.
4. Biker Scout - great sculpt and figure
5. ERG - loved the Red cape and smooth helmet.

1. Hammerhead - my fave figure from entire run. Detail and build quality are excellent. Always looks moody
2. Biker Scout - Coolest 'trooper' uniform and gets to ride a Speeder Bike
3. Boba Fett - well......it's Fett....nuff said!
4. IG-88....was The Terminator before Arnie ever was
5. Luke X-Wing - iconic look that just screams Star Wars

1. Darth Vader , my 1st ever figure
2. Yak face , because he wears a furry body warmer
3. At at driver , kiss ass driver
4. Death Star droid , silver is the new black !
5. Blue snaggletooth, he would knock the shite out of the wee snaggletooth

Imperial Dignitary
Anakin Skywalker
Barada
The Emperer
Kkaatu Skiff

Only joking, in no order.

Boba Fett
Chewbacca
Luke Jedi
Hoth Stormtrooper
Han Hoth

:D

R2D2 Sensor Scope
Han Solo Trench Coat
Chewbacca
SquidHead (one of the best made vintage figures of any toy line)
Stormtrooper

I love them all truth be told.

In no particular order:

- Hammerhead - great figure, great sculpt and simply done
- Han Hoth - love the holster!
- C-3PO removable limbs - loved the play value as a kid
- Biker Scout - my favourite trooper
- Squid Head - who doesn't love a guy in a skirt?!

I only had 7 figures as kid. Deprived childhood
Because of that, the figures I did own stand out as favourites.

I was attracted to the Dark Side

Darth Vader
Death Star Droid
Imperial Snowtrooper
Dengar (Mail Away)
Death Squad Commander

Luke farm boy
Han large head
Chewbaca
Lobot
Vadar
C3po
Sorry that's 6 but the reason is because they are the first figures I ever owed and couldn't leave one out! And I still have parts of them :) lost luke which was my favourite :(

Hmmm....this list changes weekly

Original R2
Imperial Gunner
Death Squad commander
Hoth Stormtrooper
Pin Head Han

Leia Boussh - because after searching for one for ages as a kid without luck I came home one day after school and my mum had found one in Tesco, bought it, took it off the card and placed it in my figure box without me knowing - the joy of finding that figure, every time I look at it she brings a smile to my face!

Luke Hoth - first figure I remember buying as a child

Fett - because he had a rocket pack and loads of play value!

Stormtrooper - probably the figure I played with most

Tusken Raider - Just cool.

easy........
tusken raider - just look how cool he is
jawa-just look cool he is
IG88-enough said
stormtrooper-just the most accurate figure ever
ben Kenobi- I always loved the first half of anh more than any other part of the original and ben personifies this part of the film

my top 5 figures

1 Amanaman..... great looking figure
2 Dengar.... still remember getting him as a mailaway and was cool
3 Imperial Dignitary...just love that purple
4 Walrus man
5 Bib Fortuna

Although Luke Farmboy is my focus, he's not on my top five figures.

C-3po - they vac metalized him so he's shiny - modern hasbro figures never got so close to screen accuracy
Tusken Raider - for the love of the character itself (plus the figure was done nicely)
Death Start Droid - reason is a mix of C-3po and Tusken Raider
Stormtrooper - friend of mine had the ewok combat set and I always wanted to play with those white soldiers. Plus he had the trilogo cardback on his wall which looks awesome to a nice year old kid
Ben Kenobi- I always loved the first half of anh more than any other part of the original and ben personifies this part of the film
(Sorry for copy and paste but that line nailed it)

Plus I have some positive vibes for all Jabba villains as their sculpting was awesome (apart from Barada).

My top 5, in no particular order.

5. Tusken Raider. - Just because.

1 Boba FETT my personal fave
2 Stormtooper (first figure I ever owned )
3 At-At driver (first figure I bought myself)
