Jedi Knight
Canadian run for your viewing pleasure. Every time I think I've found all there is Vader-wise for Canada, I find another piece! There were some really great items from Canada and the GDE logo on some of the early stuff is up there with the Palitoy logo in my opinion.
Star Wars
First up is the really rare 3-Pack. I actually hadn't even seen one until I came across this one. The back is particularly interesting because it has only two sets advertised, as opposed to the US version with 3 sets.
12 Backs:
20 Back:
Empire Strikes Back
ESB 32 Back - apparently very tough to find.
And the ESB 41 back - looks identical on the front to the 32 back:
Return Of The Jedi
Then there is the iconic ESB-ROTJ Transitions card. The very clever - and CHEAP - way of preparing for the new movie
And the only actual ROTJ Card for Vader to come out on was the 77 Back:
Playsets, vehicles and accessories:
For some reason, the Canadian Die-cast DV Tie is a 20 back, whereas the US version was a 21 Back.
I actually have a better version of the 12 inch now, but I need to take some pictures of it.
And a group shot:
So that's Canada for now....... Might do Australia next.
Cheers,
Pat
