For my two penny worth, my first thought was that is a TT.
Either way that's a great MOC, and as others have said, I'll give you £50.00 happily if you want to pass it on.

The triangular punches with Enhglish text on the back came first and had a limited run. Half of Tonis German cards are this type. A lot still made it out into production though, so it's not a hard fast tell.

This kind of highlights the problem with TT - there are few universal tells and its become a minefield. I have got the the point that I am wary of ANY mint palitoy 45b, 45c or 65 back and german/Clipper cards.

My humble opinion on this would be legit i didnt think you could fake the bubble press on the back of the card which must of been done in the factory i might be wrong on this but its what i have always believed.
