Am new to this group VERY new, but to see something like this is outstanding!!

Ive have asked for advice of the group and got it ASAP..really glad I joined..even more so after seeing this post..

I also bought my first item off a memeber which was a great price and something I have been looking for...

Yes, it was basically put together as a thank you to Edd - a couple of years ago some boobie pictures lost him the advertising revenue which just about covered the costs - so since then Edd has been paying for this by himself. This was about thanking him for doing that for us

I'm fairly new to the forum and still feeling my way around so didn't no anything about the good will gesture for Edd (I read the link to the porny piccys).

Going by all the comments,Edd seems a thoroughly decent dude who helps/helped out various ppl over the years and keeps a good steady ship on the choppy waters of forum land ....

For that I would like to say thank you also,I haven't had any dealings etc...with Edd as of yet but I'm sure that will change in time.....I am new on here as I said earlier but if there's any donations that are needed for the smooth running of the site etc...I would gladly sprinkle a few quid into the pot.....

You could've packed the forum in when you had your collection nicked years ago & nobody would've blamed you if you did but you kept it going for the rest of us geeks.I've always considered this forum as my SW home so a big thank you from me for doing so! 8)
