Seems you have already gotten good advice that it's fake, but in case there is doubt, it is absolutely a recard. Whether the DT itself is also fake remains to be seen by better pics, but based on what you already posted (and logic based on the recard being fake), it's probably also fake. Get that refund now.

You should be able to get your money back ok and then just put it down a learning experience

and gals....thank you so much for the crash course in fakes..
So this fool is not easily parted with his money again.
I have seen this on another auction site for 300 quid..Any ideas what i should be looking for to see if this is the real deal or a fake one?

Given recent completed sale prices, over £700, the wear to the figure and the freshness of the cape I would be very wary. You very rarely get a bargain on these when the seller knows what he/she has.

Good point, thu Mr. Jackal...Bit like the 12back listings, she states the auction guy said its the real deal...I only thought about it today that surely you would ask them to sell them for you on your behalf instead of starting at such a low price, or the guy would at least offer his services...
