Yes I believe so, no sign of bubble being removed and wasn't sold to me as being upside down. It seems odd but I've not really noticed that before, prob because its been clamshelled all the time I've had it so not needed its bubble to rest on.

Is that a German c3po removable limbs? It looks very similar to the infamous upside down bubble snowtrooper on palitoy 65d. And it looks like the bubble number is 03 which again was used on the snowtrooper.

If it was a German card wouldn't the age rating and removable limbs text be in German? It's all English with no language stickers. I think it's a 45B card?
