Advice needed...on huge starwars lot

Someone got in contact with me regarding a lot of starwars toys that had been left to her by her recently deceased brother - (condolences where sent)
Now after this I got very excited about a big scoop - she has over 200 items of stuff and she just wants rid.
once I saw the photos she has huge amounts of episode 1 toys all boxed (I was slightly disappointed) die cast and micro machine sets all boxed.
A couple of carded bad condition Kenner toys squidhead and dangar. A few vehicles and a box of mixed toys which look in pretty bad condition. Def spotted loose imperial dig, a yak face with no head, a wing pilot. But can't see too much as poor photos. Oh she has all 3 vintage portfolios which I do like.
Now I ask you guys what would be a fair offer, bearing in mind the unpredictable nature of this lot? There may be some gems in there, the newer stuff in not so keen on.
I thought a fair price would be about £100-£200.....any advice guys?

100 to 200 items & you only want to drop 200 on it tops?, with a yak in any condition being worth 50 quid is a little tight TBH especially considering the circumstances, but hey I have not seen the photos, it's your call & only your own conscience can decide what is fair, yes you need to be able to offset the cost of the purchase, but a full set of 3 portfolios, if in good condition is 100 to 150 quid on its own.

If you want to give her a fair price I think the best thing to do is go over there, take some pictures yourself and get them on here.

It's hard to say without seeing the whole lot. What I would do is write a list of what I wanted to sell out of it and what I think I could get for each item, then take a little off the total. Then do a list of the bits you want to keep and what is a fair price you'd pay for them and add it together. Remember Ep1 stuff aint worth much, no modern is really. I'd do a bit of research on the items. £200 is too low though, don't mug her off. Prob looking at more like 300-500 by the sounds of it if there's that much stuff.

Thats lowball. Id say get better pictures and take it from there and offer a true value. ep1 stuff is not desirable true. but too offer 100-200 for more than 200 items including beater mocs, loose last 17s portfolios is disrespectful......

Given what you've said you can see £100 - £200 would be the right ballpark for the above and probably another £150 - £250 for the rest so I would say £250 - £450 but without photos its hard to judge other than your first thought was too low IMO.

What others have said. Post some photos on here for valuations. Or you could broker it and offer say 50%

Thanks guys I'm just worried - the portfolios may not be complete, I'm not sure what is in the lot. Most of it new episode 1 toys. I will post some pics now.

Or use this and then upload:

To be fair I don't really think people can say it's a lowball offer until they've seen photos, a Yak with no head isn't worth £50.

Well from what you've posted so far, I certainly wouldn't be handing over hundreds of pounds. It looks like a few vintage figures mixed in with loads of modern shite, and a headless Yak Face

It really depends if you want any of the modern stuff or have the time/patience to sell it, IMO there isn't more than £100 worth of vintage there from what we can see.
