Hi Jez,

Any luck with those socks?

Sounds like you're right on plan with your training runs. 30 miles is a big number especially if it's off road too! I do a fair bit of XC running in my training and am easily 30/60seconds slower per mile for the same effort if not more.

I'll drop you a little donation soon will let you know when I do so.

Dead chuffed, I just ran the psychological barrier that is 20 miles. It was 50/50 cross country with some hard going hills and hot. I ran it in 2hrs 58 mins.

I'm starting to feel that I can do this, but my word I feel a bit worn out now. God knows how I'll feel after 30 miles.
Double reason to be chuffed, as last night I broke the £500 donation barrier!
