Palitoy collection on a budget (updated 20/04/2014)

Stevie... I'm lost for words. Superb stuff. So much Palitoy goodness going on there, and seeing those die-casts takes me right back. It's evident there's a lot of time and dedication gone into this collection, my friend. A hearty slap on the back coming your way

Much obliged, Barney- good to hear of another successful transition of original childhood toys into adulthood :D Thanks also, Jay (superb avatar, by the way... PM incoming on the origins of that one, if you don't mind... it's a mesmerising image... cracking stuff). It really doesn't matter...

Good man, Stevie! And yes, Jas- I'm guilty of sniffing between those leaves, too. You can't get that same nostalgic hit from a Paperwhite Kindle!

    Latest layout

Colin hit the nail on the head: it's the boxes that first got you excited on Christmas and birthdays, and as awkward as they may be to display; I think you're doing a cracking job. Looking forward to the updates, Neil 8)

    Grant's (Maulster79) Collection 2013

Heavens above  I had no idea. I don't have my DS pencil sharpener anymore... I think I swapped it a couple of years later for a Mego V.I.N.cent figure from Disney's 'The Black Hole'. Funny how things come full circle, isn't it?

Oh, dear god. Ten years of collecting, and it all flows beautifully. I will doff my cap and take a gentlemanly bow my good fellow, next time I am in your company. My personal highlight? The Helix shelf. Brings back so many memories... and satiated my thirst for all things Star Wars in that...

    Luke Farmboy collection,, New Photos

No worries, Deb- I didn't know what they were until I joined this forum :D I'm no expert, but from my limited knowledge I can tell you that The Japanese toy company Takara had the license for the first wave of Star Wars figures, then when it came to The Empire Strikes Back, Popy took over the...
