I've had my first item not received by a buyer on ebay this week.
He is being arsey and put a dispute in with paypal.
I don't have evidence on posting as it was just first class.

How do I go about refunding him, can't find an easy way of doing it through paypal.
He's paid me, but now put a hold on the payment???

NOt sure what to do....help?

It was no ****ing jolly, awful couple of weeks.

She's out on a work do tonight, so I can catch up with you lot.

Guys, me being thick again.

I've won an auction on ebay and looking at it, it feels dodge.
It'a a purchase from America and I'm going to pay through Paypal.
If I don't receive the items, or they turn out to be not what I supposedly won, am I able
to get a full refund from Paypal??

It's about £160 and I'm not sure whether to go ahead and pay. I know I shouldn't go ahead if I'm
not sure, but I wondered how protected I am paying through Paypal?

Any suggestions?

If the condition is worse or the items are fake you will need to send the item back and provide proof of postage and submit that to paypal for them to get your refund on the way, can be a bit of a pisser and it takes its time but you should be covered as long as you do that, the can still recover the money as long as you follow those steps (I heard it wasn't possible to recover funds if the sellers balance was zero however when I went through it the email explained that PP actually cover you a certain amount out of their own pockets, depending on the amount..mine was the full amount which was just over £100)

Hope that helps somewhat?
If it doesn't arrive thats a different story, and those disputes can take a while with some sellers, especially if they send in some phony tracking number (which does happen).

Cheers Skinny, it's more the fact that the items may not turn up.

He's a new seller, 3 feedback.
4 MOC SW figures, 4 photos taken of the items, all individual from different angles with different backgrounds. Just doesn't look right.

I've asked for a group photo and he says he hasn't got access to a camera now!!!!! Full on dodge, but greed is tempting me
