Here's a tip that makes no sense whatsoever, but may help you out!

Yesterday I tried to withdraw some money from Paypal from my work computer. For some reason our ISP is in Ireland, so Paypal seemed to think the transaction was dodgy, and so sent it for review. I thought ****, rather than the usual 3-4 days, it's going to take weeks to get into my account

Less than 24 hours later, I get an email saying the withdrawal has been approved, and the money is actually in my bank account already!

Now obviously the question here is why do these wankers take 4 days to give you your money when withdrawing from a safe source and only one day from an untrusted one!? But perhaps you can use this to your advantage next time you need the cash in hand, just use a Proxy server. 8)

I've always had an issue with how long paypal take to get your money to you. It should be done within 24hours. There's an option to do express transfer for a £5 fee... **** no! If you can do it quicker, ****ING DO IT QUICKER!! GIVE ME MY MONEY, NOW!!
Rant over. I can't help you with exactly why they do it but i'll bet it's dishonest. Perhaps so people chose the express service or perhaps to make a little (a lot) extra interest by keeping millions of ££s for a few extra days. Who knows.

I love hotshield. It allows you to watch hulu from the UK. The free version has adverts though but they aren't too bad.

Just type proxy server into google and use one of the umpteen million to mask your ip.

As above, just Google it, there are loads of them. They basically fool websites into thinking your are somewhere else. People generally use them to access disallowed content at work, or to access services not available in your country.
