We didn't have much money in our household and Star Wars figures tended to be expensive. Charles Piser from the Black Hole ended up being Luke (I didn't like Luke enough to shell out any money for him!). I used anything I could get my hands on including Airfix Eagles, M.A.C, Star Trek, Black Hole, Battlestar and of course Micronauts.

I had a mountain base from M.A.C and a Starbird Command Base - all second hand.

Wonderful times.

All the other cool figures had pose able limbs so star wars didn't fit many vehicles from other lines. I did use the A Team van and some AF vehicles for general purposes of playing.

Mostly I made bases and caves from cushions and teddies. Always did that. Still do when I tidy up the young lad's room. I'll randomly place figures around in their base :-D
